Once again, carbs in general are not advised, but we can do this in stages. for now, i would limit carbs in total and try to limit them in the morning and early afternoon.
if you want my honest opinion, the AMOUNT OF CARBS you eat is the limiting factor in your weight-loss and fitness journey. depending on how fast you want to lose weight, that will depend on how many carbs you choose to eat.
if you want to lose fast, eat little to no bread, pasta, rice etc. if you must eat carbs, only eat products that have high fiber (more than 3g/serving)
if you want my direction
eat no more than 3 servings of carbs/day, and each must be high fiber
you can drink as much diet coke/coke zero as you want
as far as market, i like genaurdis but anywhere will be around the same. just dont go to whole foods
